Cellular lightweight concrete (CLC) is formed by combining compressed air with a liquid foaming agent, a foam is produced which is introduced into regular concrete leaving numerous tiny discrete air pockets within the material. No coarse aggregate is used and no vibration is needed. CLC offers many application specific advantages including lower handling and freight costs, lower material costs and better thermal and acoustical performance and freeze thaw resistance.

Our early experience was with the manufacture of precast products. We made CLC products but bought the equipment and molds for their manufacture. The quality of these molds was inconsistent and often resulted in us having to repair or re-make them before we could even use them. The molds we bought were heavy and designed such that they were often better suited to conventional concrete rather than CLC.

We leveraged our experience in manufacturing and building with CLC products to improve on the mold and equipment designs that were available on the market.

All of our products are designed by well qualified engineers and made by ISO 9001 certified manufacturing plants to the highest levels of precision and consistency.
